Culinary and Creative Tunisia meets Tozeur and Douz
La Tunisie Culinaire et Créative, a project that forms part of La Route Culinaire de Tunisie, has proposed a series of activities in southwest Tunisia, between February 27 and March 4, 2023.
The week’s program includes training in creative tourism, workshops for co-creating culinary experiences, and technical visits to projects currently being launched and looking to be promoted internationally.
The participants – professionals from the agricultural, restaurant, hotel and cultural sectors, as well as travel agency representatives – were able to draw inspiration from creative experiences developed in other parts of the world, in order to propose alternative and differentiating Tunisian tourism offers.
